How do I track my first workout?

To track your first workout, open the StrengthUp app and tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. Select "New Workout" and choose a workout template or create your own. As you complete each exercise, enter your sets, reps, and weight. When finished, tap "Complete Workout" to save your progress.

Can I sync my data across multiple devices?

Yes! StrengthUp automatically syncs your workout data across all your devices. Simply sign in with the same account on each device, and your data will be synchronized in real-time. Make sure you have an internet connection for syncing to occur.

How do I create a custom workout routine?

To create a custom workout routine, go to the "Routines" tab and tap "Create New Routine." Give your routine a name, then add exercises from our database or create your own. You can specify sets, reps, rest times, and other parameters for each exercise. Save your routine when finished, and it will be available in your workout library.

How do I track my progress over time?

StrengthUp offers several ways to track your progress. Navigate to the "Progress" tab to view graphs and charts of your performance over time. You can filter by exercise, muscle group, or time period. The app also provides insights and suggestions based on your workout history to help you continue improving.

Is there a premium version of the app?

Yes, StrengthUp offers both free and premium versions. The premium subscription costs $4.99/month or $39.99/year (saving 33%). We also offer a lifetime purchase option for $99.99. Premium includes advanced features such as AI workout recommendations, detailed analytics, video exercise guides, and priority support. You can upgrade to premium through the "Settings" menu in the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription management settings. For iOS, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. For Android, open the Google Play Store app > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Find StrengthUp in the list and tap "Cancel subscription." Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
