How do I create an account?

Creating an account with StrengthUp is easy! Simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, open it, and tap "Sign Up". You can create an account using your email, Google account, or Apple ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile setup.

Is StrengthUp available on both iOS and Android?

Yes! StrengthUp is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from the Apple App Store for iOS devices and from the Google Play Store for Android devices.

How do I set up my first workout plan?

After creating your account and completing your fitness profile, you'll be guided through setting up your first workout plan. You can either choose from our pre-designed plans based on your goals, or create a custom plan. To create a custom plan, go to the "Plans" tab, tap "Create New Plan", and follow the step-by-step instructions to add exercises, sets, and reps.

How much does StrengthUp cost?

StrengthUp offers both free and premium subscription options. The basic version is free to use with limited features. Our premium subscription, StrengthUp Pro, costs $9.99/month or $79.99/year (saving you over 30%). You can view all pricing details on our Pricing page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your Account Settings within the app, select "Subscription", and tap "Cancel Subscription". You can also manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play Store account. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I transfer my subscription between iOS and Android?

Unfortunately, subscriptions cannot be transferred between iOS and Android platforms as they are managed by different app stores. If you switch platforms, you'll need to cancel your existing subscription and subscribe again on your new device. However, your workout data and progress will transfer when you log in to your account on the new device.

Can I track multiple fitness goals simultaneously?

Yes! StrengthUp allows you to track multiple fitness goals at the same time. In the Goals section, you can create and manage various goals like strength improvement, weight loss, muscle gain, or endurance building. The app will help you balance your workout routines to make progress toward all your goals.

Does StrengthUp sync with other fitness apps?

Yes, StrengthUp integrates with several popular fitness platforms including Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, and Garmin. To set up integrations, go to Settings > Connections and select the platforms you want to connect with. This allows you to have a comprehensive view of your fitness data across all your apps.

Can I use StrengthUp without internet connection?

Yes, StrengthUp works offline! You can log workouts, view your plans, and track your progress without an internet connection. The app will automatically sync your data when you're back online. However, some features like video demonstrations and community features require an internet connection.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

If the app is crashing, try these steps:
1. Close the app completely and restart it
2. Restart your device
3. Check if there's an app update available
4. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your data is saved in your account)
5. If none of these solutions work, please contact our support team through the app or at support@strengthup.app

My workout progress isn't saving. How can I fix this?

If your workout progress isn't saving properly, check the following:
1. Make sure you're logged into your account
2. Check your internet connection (though data should save offline and sync later)
3. Ensure you're completing the workout session by tapping "Finish Workout"
4. Update to the latest version of the app
5. If the issue continues, contact our support team with details about the specific workout that's not saving

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:
1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password"
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Check your email for a password reset link
4. Follow the link and instructions to create a new password
5. Log in with your new password
